A graduate of the culinary program at Kendall College, Victoria has worked various positions in the Chicago food community - including stints at Volo Wine Bar, the original Kuma's Corner and menu consultant for Charlie Noble Sandwich Shop. She's also performed cooking demonstrations for students of Chicago Public Schools.
"Everything I know about food & cooking, I learned from Victoria. One of my earliest attempts at "home cooking" came when I was 10. While attempting to make chili dogs, I added several tablespoons of Liquid Smoke - rendering them inedible. My skills have improved a bit since then."
