A graduate of the culinary program at Kendall College, Victoria has worked various positions in the Chicago food community - including stints at Volo Wine Bar, the original Kuma's Corner and menu consultant for Charlie Noble Sandwich Shop. She's also performed cooking demonstrations for students of Chicago Public Schools. Now in Minneapolis, she is a chef instructor at Cooks of Crocus Hill, caters small events and hosts curated pop-up dinner parties.
Accomplished home cook. Avid cookbook reader. Skilled homebrewer. Talented knife sharpener. Impressive grilling, smoking, pickling and canning skills. Olympian-level dishwasher. Mediocre guitar player.
In addition to our Instagram cookbook project, we teach classes at Cooks of Crocus Hill in Minneapolis & St. Paul, cater small events and host occasional pop-up dinner parties. We also review cookbooks for various publishers. We've collaborated with a variety of clients to develop recipes and promote their products - including Google, The Spice House, Red Boat Fish Sauce, Mutti Pomodoro, De Rica Italia, Rad Pan USA, Zulay Kitchen, The Little Potato Company, Lusty Monk Mustard, Ash Creek Farms, Yellowbird Hot Sauces, Formaticum, Ckbk and Spice And Leaf. We also host the weekly podcast Tasty Pages.
